What do you like best about working with the student population? 

Having been involved with teaching medical students and nurse practitioners over the past 20 plus years. I love their enthusiasm to learn how to help others. I have a variety of professional experiences that have shaped who I am today, from mental health, nursing home, jail physician, deputy coroner to general family medicine and urgent care. Each responsibility has challenged me in different ways. I love to learn, but my real passion is to teach both students and patients alike.
