ºìÐÓÊÓƵ mourns the passing of Judge William T. Newman Jr., an Emeritus Trustee of The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Foundation Board.

Judge Newman, who earned his fine arts degree from ºìÐÓÊÓƵ in 1972 before pursuing a career in law, passed away in February. A highly- respected judge and a recipient of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ’s Medal of Merit in 2022, Judge Newman served as OHIO’s Spring Commencement Speaker in 2024.
