A newly established partnership between ������Ƶ and Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, ������Ƶ, will expand transfer pathways, increase access to bachelor’s degree completion and strengthen institutional collaboration in greater Cleveland and Northeast ������Ƶ.

Lakeland students who earn their associate degree through specific programs will now be able to continue their academic journey at ������Ƶ, completing their bachelor's degrees in the areas of Integrated Healthcare Studies in the College of Health Sciences and Professions, Organizational Studies in University College, Customer Service Leadership in the Patton College of Education, Project Management in the Russ College of Engineering and Technology and Communication in the Scripps College of Communication. This partnership provides a clear, seamless transition, offering pathways to further education and career development.

The partnership represents a significant milestone as Lakeland is one of the final ������Ƶ public community colleges to formalize an agreement with ������Ƶ, advancing OHIO’s goal of statewide community college alignment. Through the partnership, both institutions will advance their shared priorities around workforce alignment, affordability and efficient credit mobility, helping students reduce time to degree and transition seamlessly into career-relevant bachelor’s degree programs.

The transfer pathways have been carefully developed to ensure a seamless process for students, outlining each step needed to successfully transition from Lakeland to ������Ƶ. Students can transfer both in person and through OHIO Online.
