Faculty union contract negotiations update (July 31)
ºìÐÓÊÓƵ and the United Academics of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ (UAOU) continue to make progress in negotiations toward the University's first faculty union contract since its founding. Since the University shared its most recent update on July 24, bargaining sessions have continued, and three meetings are scheduled to take place in August.
As the collective bargaining process continues, OHIO will keep the University community informed through updates on its Labor Relations website. New answers to frequently asked questions from faculty and the broader University community were recently added to the site.
The University remains committed to approaching all negotiations thoughtfully, respectfully and in good faith. While specific details regarding collective bargaining sessions remain private as , the University will continue providing updates as appropriate.
