Anthem members* can earn up to $260 annually by participating in Personify Health. This mobile wellbeing platform can help you build healthy habits, set personal goals, and earn rewards.
How It Works
Participate in activities and programs through Personify Health to earn rewards throughout the year, including an incentive for completing a Biometric Health Screening.
*Anthem members eligible to participate include the benefits-enrolled employee and their enrolled spouse or partner.

Rewards are paid through the paycheck of the benefits-enrolled employee. If the spouse or partner is an ºìÐÓÊÓƵ employee, all rewards are paid through the paycheck of the employee carrying the benefits coverage.
All reward payments will be awarded as taxable income in accordance with IRS guidelines.
