To aid the transition to Canvas, OHIO’s new learning management system, all instructors now have a test course available in their Canvas account. Test courses can be leveraged to explore Canvas features or used to build content for future “real” courses.

In order to find your Canvas test course:

1. Log in to Canvas at
2. Your test course should appear on your Canvas Dashboard and in your Courses tab in the left navigation menu. The course name will include “Instructor Test Course” and your OHIO ID.
