What is ºìÐÓÊÓƵ REACH?
ºìÐÓÊÓƵ REACH (Resources, Education, and Advocacy for College Hopefuls) is a statewide program through the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Children’s Alliance that is dedicated to supporting foster care, kinship care, and/or out-of-home placement connected students in their journey to and through higher education. ºìÐÓÊÓƵ is recognized as a REACH designee by the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Department of Higher Education.
We recognize that students who have lived through foster care, kinship care, or otherwise some form of out-of-home placement have unique needs and barriers to success when receiving a college education. As such, we provide navigation and support for those students to ensure their success academically, professionally, and personally while at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ.
